As a part of Passage Home's Family Self-Sufficiency Program, Passage Home's housing component consists of short-term rental assistance for individuals, families, and Veteran populations experiencing homelessness. Each participant is assigned a case manager who assists participants with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
