Equips participants with marketable skill sets to foster career opportunities. -Case Management: Provides case management services to program participants to assure the client has goals and outcomes that will lead to increased self-advocacy, self sufficiency, community integration and gainful employment. Provides information, referrals and assistance with linkage to supportive services. Acts as a liaison with other service providers and helps maintain collaborative community and employer partnerships. Reviews with NCIA's program participants to identify the client's career values and barrier removal services needed. Assists with the determination of the client's career goals and outcomes throughout their cohort training time. -Workforce Development: Conducts career search with each participant. Coordinates one-on-one and group interviews with employers. Develops partnerships with employers and connects participants with permanent positions in their career of strength and choice. -Career Development Services: Teaches skills for the careers of today and tomorrow. Educates participants in Workplace Etiquette. Provides mock interview sessions with each participant. Issues a professional resume for each participant that highlights the student's Industry Certified Training.
