Provides a range of disability services for adults and children, including those with physical disabilities and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Residential services include many community-based and group home living options, such as Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) and Alternative Family Living (AFL), as well as large medical centers to provide specialty care for those whose needs are more medically complex. Additional services include day and employment supports, such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Supported Employment and Day Programs. Case management and in-home aid services are offered as part of the Community Alternative Program for Disabled Children & Adults (CAP/C & CAP/DA).
