I use this wonderful service mostly to get to church on Sunday but for other trips too. It is convenient, safe, very reasonably priced and perfect for those that no way can ride a city bus.

City of Raleigh should just drop this program. You make the customers buy tickets, just to never show up. If you do show, it's hours later and the scheduled appointment is no longer available. Very inconsistent for a Dialysis patient.
Never show up for scheduled appointments

Don't bother trying. They've failed to come for several appointments in a row.
