It’s hard to express how thankful I am for my therapist in Wake Forest, Mrs Catherine Peoples. I look forward to our weekly sessions, where she has helped me with my difficulties in transitioning into retired life, physical challenges, and difficult relationships. It’s so nice to have her caring approach and empathy so close to home.

I had gone to MindPath for many years. In the beginning I had the same Counslor for several years. It was a good experience. Once that counselor retired, I was given another which I found just so-so. It was an in and out fast service. I had no real connection to this second Counslor mainly because I didn’t feel that the new Counslor was all in. Our time was short. If I needed more time it was to be continued next time which was weeks away as another client was due for their appointment. In my opinion, this new Counslor booked clients too close together, making little time for me if I had a problem that needed to be discussed in depth. If I needed to see the Counslor in between visits, it was usually impossible. Then when Covid hit that made it even more difficult to get an appointment as the counselor cut their hours. Next thing I knew, that Counslor left and I was given another Counslor. Two Counselors in a short period of time. This third Counslor I thought was very good. Besides o
